The vision

Built for those who know what home should feel like.

For three decades, Ghanaian and West African families have built lives in the UK, Europe, and North America. A growing proportion is returning — and seeking a home that reflects who they are. The multigenerational townhouse gives a family the ability to live with full independence under one roof, adapting to different life stages over time.

The product hasn’t existed. Until now.

“Discerning living doesn’t need explaining to the right person. That is the point.”
Faith-led
Prophetic in direction. A prayer room in every unit. Built as an act of stewardship, not speculation.
Multigenerational
Ground floor apartment. Duplex above. Two independent homes in one building. Private pool. Private garden. One family.
Legacy-first
Built for 100 years. Every decision evaluated against its long-term impact on family, community, and place.
Community-rooted
25% of apartment sale proceeds to TinyOak® — education, apprenticeships, and community grants in Prampram.

Every apartment sold funds the community.

Twenty-five percent of net proceeds from every apartment sold in SARPONG GARDENS is covenanted by law to TinyOak® — our education and community charity. This funds apprenticeships for local young people, education grants for Prampram families, and an affordable housing allocation administered by TinyOak®.

Buying or renting at SARPONG GARDENS is an investment in the community as well as the property. This obligation is documented in every tenancy agreement and sale agreement from the outset.
